Caring for Two (CFT) is a compassionate, judgment-no cost program designed to support pregnant women and mothers with young children who have experienced or are at risk for substance use and trauma.

Available in both the Houston and Austin regions, CFT takes a whole-family approach to healing—focusing on physical and emotional health, strong parent-child relationships, and early childhood development. We walk alongside you with the tools, care, and community you need to build a healthier future for you and your baby.
