  • Intensive and supportive residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment
  • Relapse prevention & recovery planning
  • Trauma-informed counseling and support
  • Transportation assistance
  • Chemical dependency education
  • Peer recovery support services
  • Parenting classes
  • Childcare and/or childcare referrals
  • Coordinated linkage to medical and mental health providers
  • Discharge planning for long-term success
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders
  • Referral to outpatient treatment and supportive housing upon completion
  • Smoking cessation and nicotine replacement therapy
